All prints from Raely Studios are made to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures each item is produced with the highest quality standards. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordering, or personal dislike of colour/appearance once received.
However, customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
