Production & Dispatch

All Raely Studios prints are made to order to ensure premium quality and reduce unnecessary waste. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–7 working days from the purchase date, depending on item volume. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with dispatch details.

Delivery Process

Shipping times vary based on location and courier services. Prints may arrive flat-packed or rolled, depending on size and packaging requirements. Every order is packed with care to protect the artwork during transit. While we aim to deliver as efficiently as possible, external courier delays are outside of our direct control.

Delivery Issues & Support

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, or if the parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at enquiries@raelystudios.co.uk and we will assist where possible. In cases of damage during transit, please refer to our Refund Policy for guidance on replacements.
