Refund Policy

All artwork by Raely Studios is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain the highest print quality. For this reason, we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference once an order has been printed or dispatched.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

What qualifies for a refund or replacement

• The print arrives damaged or marked

• The incorrect product or size was received

• A manufacturing or printing fault is present

What is not eligible

• Change of mind

• Choosing the wrong size or colour

• Slight colour differences due to monitor display variations

• Delayed delivery caused by postal or courier services

Please email enquiries@raelystudios.co.uk within 7 working days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
