Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordering, or personal dislike of colour/appearance once received.
However, customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
